This includes your full name, citizenship/passport number, PAN number, address, phone number, email address, and bank account details. We also collect transaction data related to your trading and depository activities.

Your information is used to open and manage your broker and DEMAT accounts, execute trading orders on your behalf, send account statements and contract notes, comply with regulatory requirements set by SEBON, NEPSE, and CDSC, and communicate service updates or important notices. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Regulatory Disclosure
As a licensed brokerage firm regulated by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), we are required to share certain client information with these regulatory bodies upon request. We also share information with CDS & Clearing Limited for depository operations. All such disclosures are made in strict compliance with applicable laws.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your trading account credentials are encrypted and our systems are regularly reviewed for security vulnerabilities.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 7 years after account closure, as required by financial regulations in Nepal. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
